Resolutions 2014

My resolutions for this year are pretty generic, but I'd like to keep it simple so I will actually follow through!

1. Fitness - This includes gaining muscle, losing fat and doing so with cardio (C210K), strength training (New Rules of Lifting for Women), outdoor pursuits (hiking, running, snowboarding, etc.) and healthy(er) food choices.

2. Make time to read! I love it, but can always find a way to fill my time with other things.

3. Consistently blog - I'm the worst about being a religious blogger for a few weeks and doing nothing for a month. This is my most important one because it will keep me accountable for my other resolutions when I update their status.
